    Import followed:Keeping in touch with the seller and the transporter after the purchase of goods by the purchase manager;Consider carefully documents (Invoice, Packing list, others..) send by suppliers or vendors;Supervise the work of obtaining code number of BIVAC by agents of the department from our bank with the license used for this purpose;Make followed the process of obtaining the Certificate of Verification (AV) of BIVAC having a permanent followed by internet in logging on BIVAC online;Provide all necessary documents (Certificate Verification BIVAC, Invoice, Packing list, Bill of loading, Manifesto ..) to our customs forwarder or clearing agency in order to care of goods as soon as they arrived at the border;Make followed all the goods from our suppliers as soon as they arrive at the border;Ensure of clearing of goods by customs forwarders with the payment of customs duty and other state charges;Make the report of the end of each import file to the hierarchy;Organize the work of unloading of goods and ensure safe return of the vehicle or truck;Export followed:Ensure obtaining any documents required for export of Copper Cathode and other products;Have the report of the production of Copper Cathode as pallets from Production Department in order to prepare export operations;Organize loading lots of Copper Cathode exporting after the agreement with the carrier;Get Report of analysis product to be exported from the Office of Laboratory analysis of raw materials;Make followed all the operations of the export with the payment of any taxes, customs duties and the state fees with the output of trucks at the border to foreign;Ensure proper completion of carrier task in bringing the goods to the destination;
