Is there a contract or long-term commitment required?
Unlike other marketing services and enterprise-level SaaS tools, we do not ask for yearly contracts. We only require a 6-month minimum commitment to ensure our team members are assigned to the right projects.
Are there any additional fees?
At Topline, we believe customers should only pay for what they use and what really helps them grow their business. The $897/month covers all the core services, including the entire Topline OS Sales and Marketing platform and unlimited project management via the growth coach and team. Customers only pay more on-demand via the Flex credit dashboard for specific marketing campaign needs, including ads and content projects. Each customer receives usage credits of $20/month to cover 3rd party email sending, SMS sends, AI credits, and if additional credits are required, they are billed “pay-as-you-go” per the details here.
Do you have an affiliate/referral program?
Yes, we have a generous referral program for our services. You can earn a 15% cash commission per referral or 30% if used for Flex marketing project credits (typically $140-$300 in value per customer per month).
I already have a marketing team. How can your service benefit me?
Our service complements your existing marketing efforts by providing additional resources and expertise. With our flexible talent and automation tools, you can enhance your team’s productivity and achieve better results.
I’m concerned about the cost. How do I know I’ll get a return on my investment?

We on average only select 1 of 1,000 applicants through a rigorous vetting process of all our marketing professionals to ensure they have the experience and skills necessary to deliver top-quality results. You can trust that you’re working with industry experts.
Can I change my CMO leading my Flex team?
Interview and choose your CMO knowing every selection comes with a 90 day no-risk guarantee, if you’re not happy with your CMO we will match you with a new one.
