Most platforms respond to this mess by selling more complexity: more dashboards, more sequences, more hacks to push messages into already-crowded inboxes. The result is predictable—spam, fatigue, and a race to the bottom. We believe in the opposite: fewer tools, fewer steps, and incentives that respect time and attention. If an outcome matters, pay for the outcome. If someone’s attention has value, treat it like it does.
