Performed GAP assessment of the CEM program by utilizing a maturity assessment tracker for all clients and created an action plan across the site to improve visibility of the CEM program by modifying the reporting governance model to include inputs and outputs resulting from client feedback. · Negotiated multimillion-dollar proposals and Statement of Work with clients for new products launching at the site. Adhering to Master Service Agreement (MSA) requirements, ensured all projects achieved the appropriate gross profit margins by analyzing pricing models.· Participated as the Business Management lead at Toronto for Changepoint and IBP (Revenue and forecasting applications) requirements gathering exercise.
