    Leadership and Culture Consulting for Gymnastics and Life.Prescription for Life has blossomed from artistic endeavor to coaching and mindfulness resource. Prescription for Life takes mindful coaching and applies it to the clients life. Using my mental health check in outlines the programming resource opens the dialogue between coach, athlete, and parent, connecting all three to the organization they are being nurtured in with an intention to help the client become their greatest self first. In this type of enviornment willing culture is established and winning culture becomes a byproduct of that underlying premise. Athletes are taught to be understanding, mindful and patient with themselves and with others through coaches who do the same. The teacher student dynamic that comes out of this creates a self sustaining culture of empowered and altruistic athletes who seek to be their best for something greater than themselves. This, is what I believe is missing in USAG and what I hope to bring to the world.

I Will also give Advice and Guidance on camps and clinics for the development of Jamaica's junior olympic program. I am a certified life coach and seek to continue growing in the mindfulness and wholeness sectors. As VP of International Relations I am a part of the JAGA Board that will put Jamaica on the international stage for generations to come. I know the power of this sport personally and cannot begin to tell you how excited I am to be cultivating it in the youth of my home land and the world.

    With 12 years of experience as a coach and 17 years of experience as a gymnast I am excited to be helping build the Olympic program at Golden State Gymnastics in Burbank CA as well as in Jamaica.I have made it my life's work to use my lifestyle and fitness programming resource, Prescription For Life to train coaches as well as athletes in positive, solution based mindset. Prescription for Life uses mindful coaching to correlate the physical journey of growth with the mental and spiritual aspects of that journey. The physical goal becomes a metaphor for personal growth and The mental healthy check ins that we do in conjunction with our mindful approach to coaching opens the lines of communication between coach, athlete and parent which nurtures the overall wellness of the gymnast. The program fosters empowerment, enlightenment, and elevation of the mind body and soul and creates efficacy for the programs it is applied to, creating self sustaining programs that thrive and willing culture that wins as a byproduct of that philosophy.
