I launched Lost At E Minor (lostateminor.com), a website and daily newsletter that celebrates a diversity of creatives, as a passion project from my Redfern living room in early 2005. From very humble beginnings, it went onto become a key pillar in the broader Conversant Media digital media business that my brother Zac and I founded in 2006.Among other achievements, I grew Lost At E Minor's Facebook audience to 500,000 Likes; got monthly traffic up to 1 million+; and featured more than 15,000 talented photographers, artists, and musicians on the site. In addition, I launched the Lost At E Minor Sessions, which saw a carefully curated selection of bands and musicians perform on our office rooftop and Lost At E Minor Submitted, a user-generated video initiative. Notable occasional contributors to Lost At E Minor over the years included legendary street artists, Shepard Fairey and Ron English.
