    A "VI Sigma Apparel Network" sister concern ESFA (pvt) Ltd is a sister concern of “VI Sigma Apparel Group” governed by Mr. Bilal Sethi ( Group Director VI Sigma Apparel). Since Inception of ESFA, I was the one who Manage to start its operations as Head / GM of Operations from knit to Pack Under a nominated Director and Worked on Lean System. For controlling wastages in the cutting sections we used to cut our dye lots with the help of Patterns printed out through “GGT”. During my tenure I also manage to get our Fty Compliant with INDITEX, SEDEX , GOATS AND BSCI. And also gave quality from knit to pack to the customers like ZARA , DIVERSE , SCALPER and Urbun Out Fitters. Handled production in both JEANS and Knits.

    Since Inception of BDX, worked with BDX Textiles Lahore (Pvt) LTD in the capacity of " Head of Operations". “BDX Textiles” was a Commercial Export concern and was involved in exports of Knitted / Woven (denim) Garments and Bed Sheets to UK and European markets. Bequet, Morgan , La-Blanch Port and Calitex were the customer to whom we provided our production services from Pakistan. This position was directly monitored by Board of Directors living abroad.

    SDF was an “NGO” working for US AID(United States Aid) program named “ESRA – Education Sector Reforms Assistance Program” in which I was responsible for providing On job Training to the Sewing workers of both Knits and woven “textile items exporting factories of Punjab (Lahore and Faisalabad)” i.e. Cotton Web, Musterhalft, Mr. Denim, Styler International, Mr. Fabrics, Irfan Textiles Limited and Angora Textiles etc etc through practical working tools . Had Joined “SDF” as Deputy Program Manager for Punjab (Lahore & Faisalabad ) at “SDF” to make me more competent in the market I was brought in to a tough training in Industrial Engineering “How to do it Right” designed by the “Pakistan Textile Institute Karachi” and with the additional advance techniques and inputs of “KSA (Kurt Salmon Associates)”. It was a contractual Job and this project was winded up because of Earthquake emerged in District “BAGH” and all the funds were then transferred for immediate relief activities for the earthquake victims.

Etc.

Before appraisal I was appointed in “Dyeing Quality Lab Incharge” to cover AATCC standards on the products. Also was responsible for Taking care of Dyeing Lots shade approvals – Shrinkage, Width, GSM, Lot to lot Color Matching, Crocking (Dry & Wet) Color fastness to Staining / Light.
