Key achievements include:• Planned, purchased and delivered materials according to production plan over a rolling time horizon.• Restructured warehouse working flow, resulting in 25% reduction in manpower and a 20% increase in productivity.• Coordinated closely with related stakeholders (import, export, customs, forwarder, and warehouse) to meet production need with 100% on time delivery performance.• Implemented an inventory monitoring system which sent email alerts for unique components, EOL (End of Life) parts, aging materials and rejected materials, resulting in 100% monitoring of materials status.• Liaised closely with MIS team to continually improve 2D bar-code inventory control (Oracle) system, resulting in increased data accuracy from 86% to be 98%.• Implemented EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) system with UPS 3PL hub for pulling materials which resulted in a 250% increase on work efficiency.
