     Determined degradation of ssrA tagged membrane proteins and found that ClpXP complex could degrade ssrA tagged membrane proteins easily in vivo and in vitro.  Studied application of fluorescent chemicals and proteins such as CPM, CFP, and its FRET partner YFP on membrane protein denaturation and oligomerization.  Screened drug candidate of efflux pump transport protein AcrB Investigated the relationship between structure and function of an inner membrane protein AcrB.
