    • Developed with team new curricula and programs for the school; resulted in preparing 800 students, 150 teachers and 6 managers to implement best practice pedagogy that supports the school’s vision and strategy, this led to obtaining the Primary Years Program (PYP) authorization from the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO).• Prepared a SWOT analysis with a team of four c suit-executives to prepare for geographic growth • Collaborated with consulting firm Deloitte and created policies and Standard Operating Procedures for all departments in the school.• Step changed with team the annual State-of-the-Company presentation using deeper analysis and business informatics for the first time; resulted in clear department-specific understanding of future responsibilities and targets. Changed method is now a yearly requirement for the board of directors.• Coordinated in the recruitment and hiring process.• Worked with the communications and PR department; witnessed healthy growth in social media followers/activity.• Taught grade 7 Humanities; empowered 21 students to become more internationally minded, responsible and independent.
