    I am the Agricultural Division Manager for Nemchem Agri, a division of Nemchem, based in Zambia. In this role, my primary responsibility is to establish and develop Nemchem Agri from the ground up, ensuring its smooth operations across seven African countries.My focus lies in driving the business development initiatives for Nemchem Agri. This involves tasks such as budgeting, devising client strategies, establishing strong client relationships through effective liaison, implementing biosecurity systems for livestock, securing cleaning contracts, and developing comprehensive pest control management systems and solutions.As the manager of our pest control department, I am accountable for developing accurate costings, designing effective training programs, and successfully implementing a new digitalized pest control management system across all the countries we operate in.Furthermore, I take a lead role in the implementation of biosecurity programs for livestock, including costings and overseeing our Biosecurity cleaning programs. I have also been instrumental in launching and managing washing contracts specifically tailored for the livestock sector.My current position allows me to leverage my expertise in agricultural management, business development, and pest control to propel the growth and success of Nemchem Agri within the African market.

    At Manchem, I spent three years working as a Technical Advisor in the poultry industry, providing support and guidance to hatcheries, laying and rearing farms, and broiler farms. I was dedicated to working on Aspergillus development programs for hatcheries, as well as researching and developing strategies to control Aspergillus on rearing farms. My client base spanned both domestically and internationally, with clients like Festive, Goldi, National Chicks, Kuipersgroup, New Era, Rainbow, and many more. In addition to working with clients within South Africa, I also had the opportunity to work on projects in Zambia, where I brought my extensive knowledge of poultry biosecurity and Aspergillus control to help our clients improve their operations and maintain the health and well-being of their birds.Throughout my time at Manchem, I honed my skills in problem-solving and communication, building strong relationships with my clients and providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
