    Inventory Specialist Position: My duties included accepting weekly inventory shipments into the facility. Counting every single item to check for discrepancies between the manifest and the physical count. Uploading the count, including any variations, to the company's CRM program allowed me to print barcodes out and sticker every single item. This required a great amount of attention to details, to make sure that all barcodes were getting the correct Package ID Number, which I would match with the State of Montana issued metric tags, to ensure that our inventory was in complete compliance with the State. This position also made sure that the FIFO inventory method was correctly in place. Patient care specialist role: After a few months of succeeding at the Inventory Specialist position, I was able to gain promotion to the Patient Care Coordinator role. This role acts as the face of the Great Falls location, as I am the first person patients speak with as they enter the facility, which also comes with answering the phone at all times to discuss patients' inquiries. Specific duties included accepting medical documents from new patients, and registering them with the State of Montana Complia database. As of now, we have over one thousand patient files that I am in charge of maintaining, and general upkeep of patients' medical information, while making sure that the patients' information is accurate and in compliance with the State of Montana's requirements.Other duties included assigning tasks and overseeing production of other team members; trainer duties, facility key-holder, routinely responsible for site maintenance in conjunction with building rental manager.
