    Head Coach for the Highlands Dolphins Aquatic Club (HDAC) with over 120 kids on the team from 6-16 years old.     Supervise and over see the senior lifeguards and 15+ lifeguards/swim instructors, would oversee all programs at facility, work with senior lifeguards and establish expectations and help them achieve the expectations, create and implement schedules for all guards/swim instructors/ senior guards, plan and run weekly staff trainings for over 35 staff for 2 hours including rescues, procedures, team building, exercise, and additional training opportunities, was the link between the aquatic supervisor and the senior lifeguards/swim instructors, many of my procedures and polices that I created are still used today2000- 2011 Chemical/Facility Maintenance- Responsible for keeping the pool safe by keeping chemical ranges at their legal levels at both of the city pools, Do routine maintenance on most equipment in the pump room including: cleaning lint traps, backwashing sand filters, cleaning Strantrol probe sensors, cleaning chlorine pumps and lines and injectors. Adding chemicals to the pool, cleaning the pool with both automatic and manual vacuums, would be on call to act in case of an immediate chemical or maintenance problem on either site, order chemicals through a supplier, complete understanding of safety issues and how to use safety equipment including, chemical masks, boots, gloves, full body suit. Advanced training and understanding of the Strantrol 5 automated chemical system through an authorized Knor technician.
