    My responsibilities included daily management of permanent and part time staff; providing daily targets and objectives for Gallery Assistant, Framer and Seamstress as well as giving regular updates to Gallery Director. I managed all correspondence through email and phone calls. I performed sales consulting, liaising with artists, sourcing and buying of stock; planning and hosting exhibitions for the gallery and at Design Indaba; executing all photography and graphic design material for exhibitions and the website; daily updating of consignment spread sheets for over 300 artists and crafters. I was responsible for making payments for salaries, stock and services as well as preparing material monthly for our book keeper and accountant. I did consulting on framing and costing, provided our seamstress with textile orders, checking orders and distribution of orders. I was involved with placing printing orders and checking quality with the textile printers. I also liaised with our textile clients and took orders and complied annual reports as there were royalties on all San based designed textiles.
