JV with Pernodalan Kedah Berhad (GLC of Kedah State) on Tasik Muda Highland Development project costing around RM 1 Billion on 1,500 acres of forest area with a lake. Looking for genuine investor, local or overseas.2. JV with Permodalan Kedah Berhad on Langkawi Medical Tourism and Township project costing around RM 2 Billion on 180 acres of hillside land overlooking the Straits of Malacca. Looking for a genuine investor, local ir overseas.3. JV with PPUKM (UKM Medical Center, Bangi) on Lasic Surgery and Haemodialysis Center costing RM 3 million. Potential investor is welcomed.4. Design, build and operate a factory in Prai turning Natural Gas into Acetylene Cutting Gas replacement, costing around RM 6 million. Similar set-up has been done in Singapore catering to ship building industry. Investor is welcomed.
