    Worked as a part of the White Prompt design team, my responsibilities include:- Holistic vision: Designed features from end to end including research, ideation, information architecture, drawing flows, user interface, and high-fidelity prototyping across a multiple-faced platform.- Strategy: Participated closely in the project strategy creation and scope, helping the product and engineering team visualize and define the sprint's next steps assertively.- User focused process: Proposed improvements after conducting moderated user testing sessions and analyzing hotjar insights from screen recording.- Documenting and organizing: Crafted figma component libraries to be used across multiple products and organizational formats, providing a design environment friendly and easy to understand to new designers and non-designers teammates.- Flexibility: Helped the team with what was needed at the time other than designing, such as doing QA and writing stories.

    After being a student in this program, I received the offer to be a mentor at the Academy due to my excellent performance and significant participation. I had the pleasure to contribute as an instructor for small teams formed from a 25 multidisciplinary students class. Being in a very open and flexible environment, I could assist them in a number of matters and exercise a range of skills:- Design: Shared my technical knowledge about UI, UX and a variety of processes that are used in the professional field. Since these were freshman students, it is very useful to share practical experiences.- Soft skills: Helped students on improving communication and group work dynamics, proposing exercises and solutions to solve conflicts with other students. Also assisted them to keep track of their learning journey, giving support and encouragement.- Educational experience: Worked closely with other mentors to create and present activities, dynamics, materials and other experiences to drive students through the two-year program, acting as a valuable member while building the selection process as well.

    his was a short but valuable experience. At CINQ, I worked as a web designer, creating the interface for applications and clients' websites. I worked in multidisciplinary teams with front-end and back-end developers, analysts, managers, and testers. We used the Scrum agile methodology with daily ceremonies, planning, and other meetings.This work taught me to improve my communication with people from other areas and to present to them how our work would complement each other to create the final product.
