    Take responsibility of the Work Package Warehouse management in SPM@China by completing the Gap Analysis and Rough Concept documentation in time / quality + according to agreed project plan. In 2nd Half of 2014 I will support and structure the planning for Phase 2 local IT for WP WM. Responsible for support the deployment of EWM(extended warehouse management) specific equipment at the new BTS(build to suit) warehouses. Together with BU WPM team exact requirements will be identified and confirmed. Test plan and roll in to the warehouses aligned. Final goal is to enable the use of EWM specific equipment in the current legacy landscape for DPTS to fulfill the full warehouse functions planned in the BTS locations.
