The Team Leader is the primary representative of NP at coordination meetings with NGO partners and government authorities and departments in the field team’s area of operation.

    I was part of the team for the implementation of the "Livelihood and Infrastructure Development for Family Empowerment" Project. The project focused on infrastructure development, including rainwater harvesting systems, kitchen construction, hygiene education using PHAST methodology, capacity building and peacebuilding for community structures, and livelihood initiatives for Tsunami-affected and low-income families.

    I led one of the relief and rehabilitation projects in southern Sri Lanka shortly after the Tsunami (December 2004). Initially, I was in charge of distributing relief aid to tsunami-affected communities, and later, I was in charge of livelihood development projects within four divisional secretariats in Sri Lanka's southern province, while managing a portfolio worth USD80 million.
