Transational Part:1. Helped School-Enterprise Cooperation goes smoothly, maintained good relationship with domestic and foreign universities and research institutes (Inculding Central South University - 中南大学, Technische Universität München - TUM, RWTH Aachen University.)2. According to project requirement, arranged technical meetings with cooperation partners at least once per month, to updated project process and project demands.3. Assisted in the preparation of the robot operation manual. Had completed the robot operating handbooks for three robot projects, to promote the preparation of the DVT reviews of the robot projects on time;4. Collected and evaluated informations related to industrial automation or robots, make relevant research Powerpoints, and published them once a month based on different topics.Professional Part:R&D task:1. Multi-degree of freedom hydraulic flexible manipulatora) Optimized the four hinge positions of the two hydraulic cylinders of the six-degree-of-freedom electro-hydraulic hybrid drive manipulator;b) Created 3D models of the second and third joints of the manipulator arm and assisted in drawing 2D engineering drawings of the whole machine parts.2. Unmanned PC Warehouse/Storage Yarda) According to the investigation of domestic and foreign products, provided two loading and transportation schemes for unmanned PC. warehouse/storage yard;b) Designed a high-speed and high-precision component transportation positioning scheme for unmanned cranes (including transportation methods, types of shelves, positioning methods, etc.).

Project Theme: 2-D silmulation of electroosmotic injection and migrationin microchannelsThe purpose of this project is to use COMSOL multiphysics software to simulate the electroosmosis injection and migration characteristics of sample fluid in the micro capillary channel with irregular rectangular cross section. In the project, I used the standard cross capillary channel model, defined the fluid characteristics of the sample and buffer, and set two different sets of electric field parameters at different boundaries of the capillary.By observing the stratification of the two liquids in the simulation results and the sample concentration data at different positions of the capillary, compared with the data extracted from the professor's experiment, it is proved that although the final data of 2D simulation is quite different from the experimental data, when the appropriate capillary width is selected, the results of 2D simulation will have good consistency with the actual experimental data.
