    Currently, I am an NMLS Licensed Loan Originator in the State of California. In 2008 congress passed the Safe Act with the goal of cleaning up the mortgage industry and providing a curriculum standard for all loan officers along with annual testing to maintain the privilege to practice as an active loan originator. I have had my NMLS license since 2008 and currently work for Pacific Lending LLC as a senior loan officer in Irvine. However, I have over 11 years of experience working as a Loan Officer in the state of California. For many American's, a home is the largest single investment they will make in their lives.
