Project phases are planned to be completed by 2023.Role & Responsibilities: Prepare Strategic Master Schedule for the different project phases. Prepare the Master Schedule for rides and show coordinated with the overall Master Programme Manage all rides and show vendors. Manage interfacing between rides and show as well as with civil works. implement project control process through the tender stage with rides and show vendors. Prepare monthly reports for client and Hill’s management.

Programme Description: The Midfield New Terminal complex is planned to handle up to 35 million passengers per year. Programme comprises many packages:-o Midfield Terminal Building (MTB) includes Structural Systems, Roof and facade, Fit out, BHS and Airport Systems.o Airside and Airside Package (MTA) includes infrastructure systems, taxi, in addition to Airside and Apron systems as AGL, VGDS, PCA, and Jet Fuel.o (MTL) package includes Primary and Secondary Roads, Bridges, Landside Infrastructure, MTB Car Park, External Landscape, Long Term Car Park and other Service Buildings. Programme is planned to be completed within 48 months. Programme Budget is about 18,000 M.AED.Tasks and responsibilities: Develop and direct the Preparation, updating, monitoring and reporting the Master Programme includes all packages and phases as planning, tendering, construction and closing out. Review delivery strategies for all packages. Incorporate variation orders into baseline programmes. Supervise the process to review, comment and approve all main contractors planning and control submittals as baseline programme, Monthly progress programmes, recovery programmes, extension of time programmes (whenever required), weekly and monthly reports. Interfacing management between the different packages. Assure the compliance of general contractor submittals to the project control requirements. Arrange and lead the weekly planning and control meetings with main contractors. Review, comment and respond accordingly to the main contractor’s extension of time claims. Evaluate and figure out Projects progress based on Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and KPIs for major activities. Supervise the preparation Client Monthly Report, Variance Trend Reports, Total Float Management Reports, Monthly Cash Flow, Engineering and Procurement Trackers, Flash Report and Chairman Briefing report.
