Evaluating cost down initiatives based upon product designs, and establish regular review with product development team. Setting up, and continuously develop the suppliers database in and outside of SAP Working out project plans, documentation (e.g. timing plan, Financial overview etc.) for new and existing projects, and products. Using and maintaining the Supply Chain area documentation based upon SAIC guidelines. Setting up contact proposals, making sure that SAIC’s quality, logistic, engineering and other standards are secured and will be used in all aspects. Continuous follow up of cost development of each supplier project. Defining department standards, processes, formats, regulations that fits in SAIC Business Process Management.
