I led the National Recruitment and Selection Program from the Public Health System, which consists of selecting candidates to be trained and specialized in Cancer areas.I negotiated scholarships with the two main hospitals specialized in Cancer in France, Gustave Roussive and Lille D´France Institute.

    I established the Relocation Department at the arrival of Intel to Costa Rica. I developed and implemented policies, procedures, processes in alignment with the HR Headquarters. Handled Relocation of around 800 employees all around the world.I developed and implemented the Employee Service Center. Automatized HR processes with Malaysia, China, Philippines and US. I finalized the analysis and development of the procedures to outsource services in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica and Colombia, to handle International Moves.
