Indiana), non-operated interest in 250,000+ acres, and $9,100,000 sale - Bakken Shale asset 20,000+ acres, Dunn County, Montana; (e) Offshore California - assumed Land responsibility for Offshore California properties after incapacity of California Land Manager due to serious illness, including CA Offshore State Lease Form Project - coordinated multi-disciplinary team preparation of proposed new CA Offshore State Lease Form, which resultied in the negotiation of a proposed new offshore lease form with CA State Lands Commission (CA had not granted an offshore state lease since the 1980’s); (f) Wyoming - drafted PSA for new venture acquisition of 30,000+ acres in Bridger-Teton National Forest, with option for subsequent acquisition of 20,000+ acres, established Federal Unit for proposed initial drill site location; (g) and Pakenham Field (Terrell Co., TX) - coordinated efforts of outside counsel and company technical specialists for RRC Field Rule Consolidation Project covering a 17,000+ acre producing field, containing 150+ wells, which resulted in the prolonged life of numerous wells due to the commingling of otherwise uneconomic zones.
