    Having now been promoted to Football Development Assistant it is a real privilege to be recognise in a club I joined in August volunteering my time as a coach to the Under 15 girls. Now in this new role my focus is on the whole club and develop different strategies to further benefit our local community.Additionally, part of my role is to help progress youth teams to achieve their best potential, by feedback to coaches, helping run sessions, or even taking over the sessions for a set time.
