    Ballard Natural Gas Service is a Seattle Metro area residential HVAC contractor. I created the company's marketing department and established processes to enable the company to use direct mail & variable data to contact the neighbors surrounding the company's current customers. Created an insert program to take advantage of the direct mail envelopes that were being mailed out. Designed the company logo and corporate identity package. Established the company referral program rewarding customers who referred BNGS to their contacts and designed and kept updated the sales collateral materials and internal work flow documents. Established the trade show program, designing and installing show booth layouts over several years. Designed and coded the company website that is the predecessor to the current one. Laid out the marketing plan, strategy and budget for upcoming year each fall.

One In Ten also published the book "Life Without Socks" by Carole Paulson a compilation of columns the author wrote for Guide Magazine.
