Initiated and monitored all menu creation, beverage selection, and vendor selection. Liaison between all major clients including primary clients; S.F. Giants executive staff, S.F. Forty-Niners, executive staff at Candlestick Park, Bay Meadows and Golden Gate Fields executive staffs as well as secondary clients 80+ for luxury suites, six semi-private clubs. Events superseded expectations of clients and owners and despite my accepting position less than a week before the event,the interruption of the Loma Prieta earthquake, the initial indecision of MLB,& handicaps of the Bay Bridge shut down, and damage to facilities.
