OVERVIEWI turned around an underperforming operation and am currently overseeing the entire operation with full P&L management. Oversee off-site / satellite kitchen that caters to student athletes throughout academic calendar year. I report to Board President and supervise 50 direct reports. -- HIGHLIGHTS --► Earned $150K on $1M F&B operation in year one. ► During tenure, bolstered F&B sales by 40%, from $850K to $1.25M.► Slashed F&B costs by 19% by end of first full fiscal year.► Evaluated and focused on aligning F&B Operation’s numbers. Formed strategic partnership, which allowed Club to purchase goods and services at substantial discounts.► “Best Partner Non-Profit Organization Award” by Family Resource and Youth Services Coalition of Kentucky, Inc. 2018 as a result of the Club partnering with the local elementary school.► Enriched Club value to members by establishing robust social programs.► Established capital improvement program; began $100K refurbishing project.► Maintained Club usage during unexpected critical situation. Club operated without carpet due to a flood for a period of 6-months.► Restored vendor relations; actualized cash flow so credit and competitive bids could be obtained.► Exceeded and continue to exceed defined goals in fiscal business plans YoY.► Idea fair winner 1999► Participated in the Everyone reads program at the elementary school; asked to sit on the family counsel committee. Learned that over 95% of children were considered underprivileged and responded by launching a Breakfast with Santa program, which has been an annual event for the past 13 years and counting.
