    I am a Senior Partner at Gibbs Giden responsible for overseeing the business, commercial and real estate transactions group. I represent a wide range of clients in variety of transactions and litigation matters.I provide general counsel services to several companies based in California, and represent clients in construction, commercial and real estate disputes and transactions. I negotiate and prepared numerous sale agreements, credit agreements and leases from the perspective of the seller, the buyer, the borrower, the lessor and the lessee. I litigate matters ranging from simple collection matters to complex business, commercial, construction, and real estate disputes. I provide Mediator and Special Master services in a variety of complex business and construction disputes. Many of these disputes involved multiple parties and the resolution of numerous interdependent issues. I speak to trade associations and professional groups on construction contracts, avoiding construction disputes defending and prosecuting mechanics' lien claims and controlling legal costs. I have authored of two books on construction law and construction contract disputes.
