• Production manager Multi-Sensor Value Added Production (MVAP). Generate ortho mosaics for NGA unclassified program; Rapid Response Orthos; RDOG and Enhanced GeoINT Delivery (EGD). Products were a combination of GE-1, WV1 and WV2 satellite imagery. • Hands on manager. Provide working support when products require.• ISO9000 compliant. Participated in 2 ISO audits per year representing MVAP Production operations.• Experience with sensors: GE-1, WV1, WV2, NTM, Ikonos, Quickbird, Spot, Landsat, aerial imagery and SAR (pan, msi, pan-sharpened).• Managed production operations of DigitalGlobe (GeoEye) software developed in-house which takes you from beginning to end GIS process of generating GIS products. Ingest, triangulation, orthorectification and product generation formats.• DTED production – produced 1 degree DTED cells over Asia. • Orbview Cities; Generated DOQQ-sized orthomosaics from aerial and ISTAR imagery of 138 cities world wide. • Utilized a number of COTs GIS software packages to support production. Mainly for quality assurance, accuracy assessment, image analysis, and testing. ERDAS, ESRI Arcmap, SocetSet, UNIX, Mr Sid and Envi.• Managed software and hardware upgrades to the systems. Member of ERB DR resolution board.• Member of acceptance team for Orbview 3 and GeoEye 1 satellites. Supported the requirements review for acceptance of image quality and accuracy.• Reviewed resumes, interviewed candidates, hired new employees for production and techniques positions.• Worked with customers/partners in Japan, South Korea, and France providing support in using GeoEye software and image related issues. • Top Secret Clearance

PG/S was one segment of the Digital Production System (MK90 or DPS). St Louis system contained 110 Intergraph workstations on 9 different opconfigs. Supported FAT, SAT, DEMOs and Exercise&Rehearsal at the segment and system levels reviewing and passing requirements. Member of ERB boards at segment and system level representing St Louis facility.• Manager Product Generation Systems (PG/S) UNIX system administrators supporting 110 Intergraph PG/S workstations. • Program manager at the division level managing software development in applications branch, techniques projects, division training, and configuration management for the division.• Supervisor production team producing DTED and TERCOM digital products using analytical stereo-plotters and UNISYS software suite.• Produced DTED, TERCOM, ATC200, JOG and target Mini-Graphics at production and senior production level. • Top Secret/SCI Clearance
