    Conducted a research based internship on the Circular Economy, its associated business models, and how those business models might be applicable in the built environment as the culminating aspect of my MBA. As a part of this process I assessed how the circular business models might fit within the organization’s existing structure, and developed business cases for specific Circular Economy opportunities. At several points throughout the internship I presented research findings, business cases and other recommendations to senior decision makers in various Balfour Beatty departments.

    Assisted with risk assessment and risk management during the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for an MBA dissertation project. To accomplish this I conducted primary and secondary research to analyze and assess the specific risks involved in Adderstone’s ERP implementation, while comparing that data to existing literature on similar projects in other firms. From there I worked in conjunction with company employees, as well as external software providers and consultants, to introduce an appropriate risk management plan.
