    I take care of the end-to-end accounting requirements for the construction arm of Du Val Group, together with one direct report and work closely with the commercial and leadership team.I am responsible for all transactional, project and divisional reporting for internal and external stakeholders. I also develop and continuously redevelop procedures to meet the ever-changing reporting requirements.Specifically, I develop reports to answer project finance-related questions, such as the relationship between total forecast revenue/costs, changes to such revenue/costs, completion percentage and over/under claims. I became very familiar with the CCA/NZS3910 terms and requirements when dealing with our commercial team.I take ownership of the construction ERP system, Jobpac, including maintenance, closing periods, and answering other users' questions.I am also responsible for any other accounting-related questions, including but not limited to documenting the internal procedures for audit purposes; dealing/negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers when it is beyond the accounts admin's power; participating in group consolidations and answering all construction-related questions; etc.
