    Project Vishram is to assist in monitored support services (Medical and Non-Medical) for Elders/Care Givers. This would be with a Smart Phone App for multiple Relationship Managers (RMs). Any of the multiple RMs of the locality (with GPS) could choose to help the Elderly to meet the needs intimated through message slips/verbally or a missed call. RMs could be persons with disability, housewives, and volunteers of the locality trained to use ​Smart Phones installed with Apps and telephone Nos of Multiple Service providers of the Locality. RMs may choose to work from home with an honorarium or Redeemable Points. The RMs would understand the need, link the appropriate App or Telephone No of the service provider and monitor till the need is met. The payment for the services would be by RMs from deposits maintained for each Elder and managed by RMs through existing Apps/Wallets. In the first phase it would be Home Health Care - other than Emergencies - and some frequently required ​(daily, weekly or monthly) ​services like cooked food or groceries. The number of services and locations would be gradually expanded. The Project can be easily replicated. We invite partnership with Like-Minded - Individuals, NGOs (not for profit organizations), existing Networks for Elder Care (products and services) and the Corporate Sector (as part of their CSR).The aim is to give a choice of affordable support services to large numbers of the Elderly.
