Conservtor-in-Charge of The Peacock Room by Whistler, Freer Gallery of Art, Smithsonian- completing this 2 year project on time and on budget. Other clients include the Barnes Foundation, the US Capital, US GSA, Freeman't Auction House and Thomas Moore Studios, among many others.

Developed strategic partnerships with collegial organizations and agencies to formalize and brand a giving program that donates up to $1,000,00 annually to urban education programs for underserved youth. Designed GFF Middle School Initiative to empower Baltimore City school student in areas of systemic weakness and improve chances for high school success. Extensive work with Board including strategic planning, mentorship on education reform and non-profit sector issues. Developed a bi-annual continuing education program for the the Trustees. Served three years as Chair of the Education Affinity Groups of the Association of Baltimore Area Grantmakers.

    Spearheaded a coalition of Bolton Hill and Reservoir Hill neighborhoods to create the Midtown Academy, now recognized as one of Baltimore's outstanding progressive public schools. Directed Start-up during first two years of operations. Over next eight years moved into strategic planning, development and public relations roles. Chaired Resource Development Committee, coordinated school's fundraising campaigns. Developed and ran both Admissions and Parent Volunteer programs for the first years, supervising those programs thereafter.

    Directed Painting Conservation Department while serving as a graduate professor and master teacher to emerging professionals in one of only three graduate programs in Art Conservation in the country. Managed department including lab and personnel for both the Museum and graduate program. Developed database for survey of serveral hundred thousand objects. Compiled, edited and co-authored numerous poressional and lay pupblications. Served as Chair of the Painting Specialty Group of the American Institute for Conservation. Fellow of the AIC. Compiler of Varnish Catalogue.
