    Originally joining this company as the Office Manager of Countryside location, moving to Director of Billing Services and I ultimately climbed to Chief Operating Officer, attaining additional responsibilities based on healthcare billing knowledge and aptitude for project management, team leadership, and strategic planning. As Director of Billing Services, I managed all billing operations and guided all aspects of daily business operations while also implementing strategies that cut costs and streamlined operations. Ensured accuracy and compliance of all aspects of 401K management by participating in periodic audits, working closely with financial advisors and participant services. Smoothed operations by building teams that ensured billing compliance with government regulations and contracts, significantly lowering days in A/R. Decreased cost of business office space while increasing collections by developing environment that allowed business office staff to work from home. Optimized operations and information management by maintaining practice management database, including updating insurance contracts, fee schedules, and reports.
