  1. Collaborates with all department heads and assists in the execution of all BOST(client) required projects during the course of operating BOST terminals. 2. Prepares and communicates Daily and Monthly Executive Management and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Dashboard to Executive Management on stock performance,through-put and Product-Loss Position from across all terminals on a daily basis. 3. Prepares Daily depot stock-in-tank reports (i.e. D2 Report), Bulk Distribution Company (BDC) Stock and Performance Reports and Oil Marketing Companies (OMC) dispatch reports to client and third parties by 10:00am. 7. Prepares client monthly Reports i.e. Monthly Stock Report, Monthly BDC Stock, Global Stock Report, Global BDC Report and Monthly KPI. 8. Analyze and communicates all certified Shore-tank Out-turn Documents by ABB/CBM and Barge loadings to BOST. 9. Analyze and track BOST Inter-Depot transmission activities and ensuring all Bulk Road Vehicles on Transfer arrive at the allocated discharge depots 10. Serve as a direct communication channel between BOST management, TSL management and all BOST depot coordinators. 11. Collaborates with BOST key persons on weekly reconciliation meetings and reviews. 12 Ensures compliance from depot and TSL staff with all new initiative stipulated by BMP, Terminal Operations, BOST and third parties e.g. National Petroleum Authority.
