    I am the coordinator of the Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling program at the UMHB. I also have served as a major faculty member in the Clinical Mental Health Program. Both Counseling programs are CACREP accredited program. I have taught: MFT theory, Solution focused brief approach to counseling, advanced MFT technique, Counseling Children and adolescents, Couple Counseling, Applied Counseling technique, PrePracticum (advanced Counseling skills), group counseling, supervision, research, diversity issue, career counseling, and Psychopathology. My administration experience included: (1) Serve as the MFCC Program coordinator, include (a) recruiting prospective students; (b) setting the program goals and objectives, (c) conduct the program assessment, (d) monitoring students’ academic process to ensure retention, (e) developing and maintaining internship sites; and (f) modifying the curriculum to best serve the students. (2) Students service, include: participating in (a) students’ orientation, (b) new students’ interviews and evaluation, (c) advising students, (d) candidacy meetings, (e) oral comprehensive exam, (f) Advisory Board Meeting, (g) students association, Chi Sigms Iota, functions; (h) mentoring students to conduct researches, (i) mentoring international students, and (j) role model for students by participating and presenting in professional conferences.(3) Service for program alumni: include (a) mentoring and preparing alumni for their licensure exam; and (b) providing post-graduate clinical supervision; (c) Maintain a Facebook page to connect current students and alumni with counselor career development related information. (4) University service includes serving at the Institution Review Board (IRB), Tenure and Promotion committee, Professional developments and recognition committee, faculty councils, and a search committee for the Dean of the college of Humanity and Science, and chaired a faculty search committee,
