    Client: Kearney Company, Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) Audit Readiness Corrective Action Plan • LMP Posting Logic and Pro forma documentation (creation and maintenance)• Analysis is taken to search the proprietary and budgetary accounts in the operating system. • Determine the accounts that match in the line items in excel worksheet using U.S. Government Standard General Ledger (USSGL). • Access the Chart of Account (COA) and the General Ledger Account Code (GLAC) to determine which accounts will be place in the debit and credit reporting columns in the excel worksheet. • Replace the old child document number with the new one associated with the accounts used in the General Ledger Account Code (GLAC). • All accounts that are consistent with the (USSGL) enter the DOD Trans Code/ and DoD Trans Description in those columns in the excel worksheet. • Financial Data cleanup for legacy data migrated to LMP, budgetary accounts, Fund Balance with Treasury reconciliations.• Financial Data Reconciliation for inventory and property plant and equipment accounts (those supporting Footnotes 9 and 10 on the AWCF audited financial statements)
