    Hired to develop the family recreation aspects and the commercial hunting programs for this 63,000-acre preserve for the ranch owner and continued to manage the property for the next eight years. Beginning in the 1980s, I leased the lands and operated the hunting and recreational portion of the Dye Creek Preserve for more than thirty years. Twenty-five of those years, I managed and operated the preserve through a lease with TNC.
