I am a Commander in The Navy Reserve. I advised on a range of People and Culture Strategies. This entails drawing on my skills and experience as a permanent and reserve officer and then leveraging my civilian skills and experiences as a People and Culture Executive. I have been in other reserve roles over the years including;Making The Change" and "Navigating The Change". These programs were compulsory training for every member of the RAN (c.13,000).
