    • Analyzed data and share it with the concern partners like UNHCR, WFP, Concern, DRC, Welt Hunger (GA).• After the analysis of the data, then write report to the main office in Juba on weekly routine.• Carries out registration of IDPs in the various POCs in South Sudan• Responsible for the thumb scanning of the IDPs to avoid repetition of individuals in the registration process.• Enter IDPs information into IOM data base(BIO-DATA)• Check data completeness and fix missing data through the tracking and monitoring (T&M) officer.• Responsible for printing of the IDPs ratio cards after registration.• Verify forms received from the field before entry.• Processing of the forms after verification into the data base (Bio-data).• Tracking, verification and monitoring of IDPs in the different locations of South Sudan.• Coordinate with field officers as tracking and monitoring is concern in regards to registration of IDPs in the field, collection of forms from the field to Juba office.• Maintains confidentiality of the data entered to IOM data base (bio-data)• Complete and sign assignment completion form and monthly timesheet.• Filing of source documents in appropriate filing facilities after entry into the data base (BIO-DATA) to avoid loss.
