    I am currently working in Mozambique at sasol project as Field supervisor and I have the following responsibility. - Leading team of 4 operators as Night supervisor- Monitoring , solids control, dewatering and filtration equipment.- Dewatering all waste fluid generated during drilling activities.- Collect sample of treated water, run PH, Ca2+, Cl test and send treated water sample to the lab for testing.- Filtering brine during completion phase and run NTU and TSS. - Monitoring and run active Centrifuge while drilling ahead to control mud weight. - Monitoring Drying shaker, Augers system, dewatering unit, filtration unit, feed pumps, Dewatering and active centrifuges.- Tracking cutting skip and waste fluid dewatered.- Generate Solids control, dewatering and filtration daily report and send to the client and all involved in operation.- Monitoring/ update spare parts, dewatering chemicals and filtration inventory.- Perform STEM for all equipment( Daily, weekly and monthly maintenance of all equipment).- Perform Dewatering, solids control and Filtration EOSR and EOWR ( End of section/ well report).- Attend operation and HSE daily meeting.- Rig Down and up during rig move to new location/ well. - Perform basic, intermediate and advance repairs on the following equipment; 518 standard and hydraulic centrifuge, Augers/ screw conveyor, mono pumps, agitators, floc unit, filter press, cartridge unit, pressure wash, wilden pumps and others.
