Lead, develop, and implement environmental, health, safety (EHS) programs, policies, and training to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Assist with new business start-ups equipment design and facility change as this impacts people, fleet, and safety. Liaison with insurance partners and legal group on all matters pertaining to auto claims, workers compensation, and liability. Strategic thinker with tactical implementation skills, including hands-on experience in a strong safety/fleet process from the user-end with demonstrated results. Leadership skills to influence all levels of the organization, ability to coach talent at multiple levels of the organization, consensus builder and a strong team player.

Lead DOT compliance for company vehicles and drivers consolidates and analyze divisional data to report to team regarding desired utilization levels of equipment/fleet across country. Manages fleet/asset maintenance vendors to obtain optimum service and cost-effectiveness. Ensures all warranty dollars are received, and recall work is completed and processed.
