► Agile and Effective: Worked with software development partners to re-design, test and implement new student application service. The new serviced arrived on time, with <1% of critical issue rate, and saving over 300+ hours of staff capacity in terms of streamlining and automating processes. ► Outcomes-Focused: For our 2024 applications window, the SMF received its highest number of eligible applications in its history, due, in part, to improvements in implementing new eligibility criteria and design to improve user experience.► Collaboration: Assembled and designed a new approach for user testing to ensure a range of stakeholders were involved in refining our digital services. Worked closely with numerous developers across stand-ups and sprints across months, building strong and reliable partner relationships.► Project Planning: Risk Assessment and Contingency Planning meant that we had virtually no critical or high level bugs on the applications deadline day, a first for the organisation.► Change Management: Rolling out and implementing a monitoring and evaluation framework to assess the success of a new student platform to digitise and provide a more accessible support experience for multiple stakeholders. As product owner, I am responsible for over 600+ users on the platform, and its development roadmap.
