Repair TOW and Dragon Missile SystemsRepair Night Vision equipment for both personal use and personnel carriersRepair and Install Thermal Sight for Armored VehiclesRepair and Calibrate Sight for Howitzers During this time I received an award from the 2nd Marine Division for reducing the repair backlog from over 400 units to 140. This was instrumental for troop readiness. Award from the 4th Marine Division for equipping each of the 34 Lite Armored Vehicles with new Thermal Sights. The 3 million dollar project was finished under budget and ahead of schedule. Placed as Electronics Section Head in 1998. As section head I was responsible for over 700 pieces of equipment valued at over 20 million dollars. I was tasked at keeping the equipment operable as well keeping records of where the equipment was during training exercises and deployment.
