This was instrumental for troop readiness. Award from the 4th Marine Division for equipping each of the 34 Lite Armored Vehicles with new Thermal Sights. The 3 million dollar project was finished under budget and ahead of schedule. Placed as Electronics Section Head in 1998. As section head I was responsible for over 700 pieces of equipment valued at over 20 million dollars. I was tasked at keeping the equipment operable as well keeping records of where the equipment was during training exercises and deployment.
