Researched and Developed what is today the Start-To-Finish Warranty™ protecting Homeowner's investment from the moment they write their deposit check for their remodeling project through to project completion when they happily write their final payment giving them Peace of Mind.My primary responsibilities fall into the following three categories: Money; Management; Motivation. Bootstrapping a startup is hard - getting investments into your business apparently worse odds than being struck by lightning. My team and I have done both - we are beating the odds, as we just received our first $100K in Seed Money. My job...1st: Money: investors, and more investors; and simultaneously focusing on moving the business closer to generating a consistent stream of revenue.2nd: Management: cash flow, product development, creating the marketing message and delegating to my team what I can - some have incredible integrity and I can totally count on them, some I have to manage and watch the details very closely. Keeping everybody aligned working toward the same goal on the same mission fulfilling their unique and individual parts. Holding them accountable to deliverables and dates they either set or agreed to. Building a Formula One race car that will not only drive the track but also win the Grand Prix.3rd: Motivation - simply tell the truth and keep people informed and they will be motivated - it amazes me how many leaders miss this very simple tenet.
