Found a well-balanced compromise between stiffness, flexibility, load and weather resistance, which significantly reduced the incidence of cable breaks. Developed original method of soldering by sunlight power, and additional devices to facilitate precise and accurate soldering. Introduced unification and interchangeability of cables. Designed moulds and prototypes in SolidWorks. Developed detailed instructions and sketches for in-house production, as well as design and drawings for a third-party mold manufacturer. Conducted system maintenance, repair and quality control.
