    - Leading Projects - BPCL Kochi CEMP modification project from selection, quotation, modification, and commissioning. To provide technical and administrative support to Regional Engineers, ASC’s, Service Stations including spares planning on critical cases.- Conducted Training Programs and Technical Presentations for Customers, OEMs, Dealers, etc., and lead new product development programs, provided field inputs.- Recorded all the Warranty Claims in the SAP system, conducted CMC meetings with all the concerned departments, i.e. Quality Assurance, Product Management, Operations, and Marketing to appraise the site feedback.- Coordinated Service support from ZO / BO / Central Field Service and through Dealer’s / Authorised Service Centre’s (Business Associates / Partners) to attend the Claims.- Interacted with the Suppliers / Manufacturers such as Motor, Mech. Seal, Coupling, Control Panel, etc. to provide the Service, as well as Spares, support to attend Warranty Claims.- Generated MIS reports comprising the cost of Warranty Claims and trend analysis on the Claims product-wise.
