    CMOMP is expanded as Commodity Management Organization Mapper. This application handles inventory control at six locations. After the management’s decision, these locations will be ramped down to two. There was a huge amount of work involved to make the changes in CMOMP application. While removing the closed locations in CMOMP application, we need to change the existing MAPPER program code as well to clean/modify the existing data rids. All the changes that are made as part of this project are well documented and will be stored for future reference. Apart from this, I have designed and developed a new system tool in MAPPER (RUNSCAN). This tool has a user interface where the user can enter any string. This will be searched in all existing cabinets and will hence generate a report based on that search.
