Furthermore, I am actively contributing to the establishment of the state's special education policy.

    At the Training Unit of the Secretariat of Finance in Mato Grosso do Sul (Sefaz MS), I worked on the elaboration and execution of workshops that aimed to elaborate participatory solutions for leaders acting in the public sector.At the Economic Regulation Chamber of the Regulatory Agency for Public Services in Mato Grosso do Sul, I introduced the practice of manipulation (mainly through Python), analysis and visualization of data, doing and contributing to the data-driven decisions and insights generation into the MS Intercity Bus Service. In addition, I joined the construction of the Intercity Bus Service Master Plan Proposal.Finally, in collaboration with other trainees, I led a participatory workshop that resulted in an action plan to improve the Vetor Brasil Program in the state. One of the main deliverables of this action plan was the creation of an Internal Government Consultancy that supports the implementation of the government's strategic projects.
